1. New members subscribe via the form on the website and agree on the terms of membership

  2. New members are added to the members management system (Clubbase) and are pending upon validation by the community coordinator.

  3. New members get a welcome letter per email

  4. New members are added to the members communication channels;

    1. added to the mailing list (in mailchimp) for quarterly updates
    2. added (in contacts)
  5. New members are added in CLT H-buurt members-group and send personal welcome messages.

  6. New members make an appointment with the community coordinator for an Intake conversation. The intake will focus on

    1. Questions based on Asset Based Community Development methodology, to get a better understanding of member assets
    2. Tour and understanding of the organisation based on the members platform
    3. Get a voting hat for decision making in off- and online meetings.
