The allocation policy for future residents in a future CLT Building still need to be validated by the members. For now these steps are designed to allocate housing in a fair and transparent way;

• Become a member of association CLT H-Buurt
• Fill out our eligibility survey (draft)
• Train yourself as a selfbuilder (ongoing)
• Complete the main application (planned)
• Take an interview with the Allocation panel (planned)
• Become a member and engage in the CLT H-Buurt Wooncoöperatie (planned)

The criteria for allocation still need to be validated by the members. So far we held a first series of workshops to explore these criteria that were important for members were:

• Housing need
• Income
• Connection to the H-Buurt
• Involvement in the H-Buurt
