<aside> ⭐ Last year the municipality of Amsterdam presented 'Actieplan Wooncoöperaties'. This plan creates an opportunity for community led housing development. However, to be selected for a plot, expertise in the field of housing development in required. Therefore, the CLT will educate self-builders to empower them with knowledge and experience in the proces of housing development.

The self-builders, also known as the Technical Working Group (TWG) will be educated to eventually participate in development/housing tenders. They will be equipped with the required capacity and knowledge to start a Wooncoop. This is the Capacity training, consisting of 5 modules and workshops is created in collaboration with Stichting Woon!.
