The people are categorized according to the different groups, the following are the groups used in CLT-H-buurt:
This groups main focus is on creating and maintaining the community.
The goal of this group is to figure out how shared-ownership (trust) will be filled in in the specific context of the CLT. Together with the members they will gather feedback on different optional solutions/ideas that could be implemented in the community.
The self-builders, also know as the Technical Working Group (TWG) will be educated to eventually participate in development/housing tenders.
This team is responsible for recruiting new members and informing the existing members about CLT updates, activities or other events.
